Jenny Beck

Associate Director and Head of Operations Admin

BA (Hons) History

Jenny is responsible for managing the operations admin team, ensuring business systems are efficient, work is issued correctly, invoicing, administrative support and that the company website is up to date. Jenny is also responsible for HR administration and recruitment support within JBA.
Jenny has previously worked in both the public and private sector and has experience of project management, contact centre management, customer services, business administration and human resources.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys reading zombie novels, gardening, DIY, and keeping one step ahead of her two boys.
