JBA are committed to providing an open, positive and enjoyable environment to work in. Our team have together prepared a company Vision and Mission statement for the business and also have decided to write down what it is about our Practice that makes it a special place of work. These factors were crystallised into a Culture Statement to help perpetuate our professional, integrated and fun working environment.

The team are all passionate about their respective disciplines and strive for excellence in every aspect of their work. The Practice is growing both in turnover and team size year by year – doubling in the last 4 years and with the increased accommodation now available to us it will be able to continue to do so, creating good career opportunities at all levels and disciplines going forward.
