JBA are committed to providing an open, positive and enjoyable environment to work in. JBA's team have together prepared a company Vision and Mission statement for the business and also have decided to write down what it is about JBA's Practice that makes it a special place of work. These factors were crystallised into a Culture Statement to help perpetuate JBA's professional, integrated and fun working environment.

Clients on entering the building often remark about the visible passion and enthusiasm team members have for their work and respective disciplines. The Practice is growing both in turnover and team size year by year - doubling in the last 3 years and with increased accommodation now available, it is JBA's plan to continue growing, creating good career opportunities at all levels and for all disciplines as we do so.

JBA's Vision and Culture Statements refer to continual lifelong learning, both personally and professionally to ensure career development. To achieve this it is essential to work as a TEAM because Together Everyone Achieves More. A culture of providing help and support to others helps everyone to achieve their goals. We have structured training schedules and weekly training sessions for all disciplines and encourage all team members to realise their dreams and ambitions through this pathway.
