Who we are
JBA are able to offer a complete Architectural Design Service from single dwellings to large Masterplans.
We are fully experienced in making Planning applications and navigating schemes through the planning process with Listed Building and Building Control applications, NHBC Standards, the Code for Sustainable Homes and Scheme Development Standards. We also keep updated with all forthcoming changes in Legislation.
Many key team members have been recruited from National House builders and as such we fully understand the Development process enabling us to produce efficient, effective and expedient Design solutions.
What we do
We have in-house capability of producing high quality design briefs, characterisation studies and concept sketch schemes, presented in plan or brochure format. We have long established relationships with engineering firms and graphic artists when required to ensure a complete service.
Our services are fully integrated with the Landscape, Arboricultural and Ecological teams to ensure a truly cohesive, joined-up service, suitably aware of site constraints and opportunities.
