Bronze: Site visit with short, sharp report, to show shortfalls and compliances compared to approved landscape specification.

Silver: Initial site visit and snagging report, with 2 follow-up visits to check on progress / coach performance to the specification along with a follow up report after each inspection.

Gold: To provide a full programme of inspection and monitoring, overseeing the landscape contract - meeting the landscape subcontractor - at the start of the project and then up to 3 times during the process of construction, coaching on the specification, with a penultimate inspection and snagging report and a final visit to certify making good of defects or delivering a final residual snagging report - as findings dictate.

Platinum: As Gold - but including tendering the work to an approved list of landscape subcontractors, producing a tender report and certifying payment under a contract or in stages (either monthly or for particular points of progress). For financial control - within the contract sum, certifying payments and instructing variations and provisional items with diligence and prudence - to keep the contract to programme and budget.
